Over the past 10 years, Maxime has been working to help transform organizations within the food and agricultural ecosystem of New Brunswick. Before joining the Aliment Solutions team as an account specialist, Maxime led a local farmers cooperative, managed multiple marketing and education campaigns promoting local food, was a founding member of Slow Food Cocagne Acadie​ and has been involved in various food and sustainability initiatives in Canada and around the world.

Maxime is also involved in various community associations, currently sitting on the City of Moncton Planning Advisory Committee. He has been recognized as one of Greater Moncton’s Top 20 Under 40 and one of the 21 Young Leaders of New Brunswick by ​21inc​ and was named Young Cooperator of the Year in 2018 by the ​Coopérative de développement régionale Acadie​.
