Mike Randall is CEO and President of Portfolio Solutions Group.  He oversees strategy and operations for all its divisions – Viable, Aliment and Marque.

Mike is an operational strategist, providing senior counsel to government, private sector and not-for-profit organizations in areas of employee, consumer and stakeholder engagement, communications and marketing, ESG, crisis management, mergers and acquisitions and growth.

Mike is an international award-winning strategist who is seen by his global clients as a trusted advisor who can bring clarity to chaos and focus to where and what organizations need to do to achieve their business and corporate goals. 

Mike regularly works with clients in Canada, the US, South America and Africa which allows him to bring an international perspective to strategy and problem solving.

Mike dedicates a portion of his time to leading and supporting community-driven initiatives across the region.  He currently serves as co-chair of the Greater Moncton Homelessness Steering Committee and sits on the Task Force on Homelessness and Downtown Security.
